The Coast Line
The Nicoya Peninsula coastline is awesome and changes dramatically with the tides. When low tide approaches, the sandy beaches of Manzanillo reveal the stunning rock pools and the natural reef ensures safe swimiming, even for the smallest visitors. A short drive away down the coast takes you to the beaches of Hermosa, Santa Teresa and Mal Pais, famous for the surf and bustling restaurants and bars.
